I have received several scams from two men in Nigeria "Dr Michael Moore" alias "Michael Obi chijioki" I have sent a lot of money. Please do something.

I have received other emails of this nature before and usually delete them. How can I stop them from sending me this kind of stuff. I have even gotten some supposely from the "FBI" like this except it's for millions instead of hundred thousands.
