IT IS A SCAM. DON'T FALL FOR IT I spoke to the the parent company called Baldwins, which owns Noble Investments, a subsidiary company under Baldwins. They are not in any dealings with the National Lottery neither have they sent out letters asking for customers to send out their bank details to them. They said the whole thing is a scam but there was very little they could do to stop it either. The following is their address and telephone number for anyone to contact them directly to verify what I am telling you. A H Baldwin & Sons Ltd 11 Adelphi Terrace London WC2N 6BJ Tel: 0207 930 6879
